Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Limits website and supplement the terms that apply when you download the Limits iPhone app through Apple’s App Store.
Agreement and license
By using Limits or this website, you agree to these terms. If you download Limits from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard end user license agreement applies to your license of the app unless a different agreement is presented in the App Store. These terms cover the website and product-specific matters described below. If there is a conflict with a mandatory consumer right, that right controls.
What Limits does
Limits displays usage allowances, reset information, observations, and estimates for supported services you connect. It offers local widgets, notifications, and Shortcuts. It does not provide an AI subscription, increase provider quotas, or guarantee access to any third-party service. Limits itself currently has no account or subscription fee.
Your accounts and permitted use
You are responsible for your provider accounts and for complying with each provider’s terms. Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Do not use Limits to interfere with providers, bypass their access controls, or misuse their services. You may disconnect an account at any time in the app. Providers may change or revoke access independently of Limits.
Accuracy and availability
Usage figures depend on data supplied by providers and successful refreshes. Saved readings, widgets, notifications, reset countdowns, and pace estimates may be delayed or incomplete. Confirm an important balance or renewal in the provider’s own service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed, including when provider access changes.
Ownership and third parties
Limits and its original website content are owned by Neel Sharma. Provider names, logos, and services belong to their respective owners. Limits is an independent app and is not endorsed by or affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, Google, xAI, or Meta. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their terms and policies apply there.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Limits is provided “as is” and without a promise of uninterrupted access, complete data, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for provider outages, inaccurate provider data, missed background updates, or decisions made from estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where the law does not allow it.
Changes and termination
We may revise these terms as the product changes. The effective date above will change when we publish an update. You can stop using Limits at any time, disconnect your accounts, and uninstall the app. We may restrict misuse of the website or any service we operate.
